3Bridges, L.L.C. (“3BridgesMedia”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy practices (“Privacy Policy”). By using a mobile application that incorporates or utilizes 3BridgesMedia’s services (collectively, the “Services”) you accept the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

3BridgesMedia gathers no personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you access or use the Services. As part of our Services, we provide mobile applications (“Apps”). We do not collect any Personal Information from you through the Apps using various features of the Service. When you use one of our Apps, the App may store only certain App-related Information, as further set forth in this Privacy Policy, within your App device for the purpose of seamlessly relaunching the same App from any of your App stoppages, either intentional or unintentional, to enhance the Service and thus your App usage experience. This Privacy Policy does not cover use of information by third parties we do not control.

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) COMPLIANCE:

3BridgesMedia complies fully with EU GDPR.  We do not collect any GDPR-defined personal data, which is “… any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, or online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that iatural person.”  Specifically, 3BridgesMedia does not collect any online identifiers that GDPR recognizes as constituting personal data, such that “… natural persons may be identifies with online identifiers which are provided by Devices, Applications, Tools, Protocols such as IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, Cookie identifiers (and similar web tracking technologies), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags (the Internet of Things).”

WHAT App-related INFORMATION DOES 3BridgesMedia COLLECT?

3BridgesMedia does not collect, nor have access to, any App-related information. When you use one of our Apps on your App device, the installed App may store the following types of App-related information only within your App device: device make and model for rendering the App’s correct and intended graphics; optionally any current state of game only for seamlessly relaunching the same App from any of your App stoppages; and optionally only the number of games and current timestamp the App was launched for posting time duration calculation at each game’s completion. All such App-related info is only for enhancing your App usage experience and stays entirely within your App device.

Cookies/Session IDs:

The Services do not place cookies, nor session ID, on your device when you use an App.

HOW DOES 3BridgesMedia USE App-related INFORMATION?

We do not use, nor have any access to, your App-related Information in aggregate in your App device.

WILL 3BridgesMedia SHARE ANY OF THE App-related INFORMATION?

We do not receive, nor have any access to, any App-related Information about our end users’ App playing state which stays entirely within your App device.

Agents:

We do not employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf – meaning they are helping us provide our Services.

CONDITIONS OF USE:

If you decide to access or use the Services, any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of California state law.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY:

3BridgesMedia may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. 3BridgesMedia do not collect any Personal information now or in any forseeable future, but reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy based solely on future Apps’ needs and requirements for Personal Information, and post this document on our website. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such notice has been provided.
